About Us
Nova Scotia's Automotive Human Resource Sector Council is an industry driven, not-for-profit organization. Our role is to provide leadership in human resource best practices, labour market information and workforce development strategies for Nova Scotia's automotive service and repair employers.
The NS Automotive Sector Council is respected as the voice of Nova Scotia's automotive service industry, specifically in the human resource arena. The Council's Board of Directors acts as the liaison between industry and federal and provincial Governments, Nova Scotia Community College, community organizations, career practitioners and industry stakeholders. Through partnership development and collaborative team work, the Sector Council works to address industry’s current and future labour market issues.
